Enterprise Challenge

“One of the best predictors of future success is the age at which people launch their first venture.”

— Warren Buffett

One of the best predictors of future success is the age at which people launch their first venture,” Warren Buffett once observed.

At City Pay it Forward, we believe in learning by doing. That is why our Enterprise Challenge programmes bring together financial literacy and real world business projects.

Working with educational leaders at the Harris Federation and United Learning, the two largest academy groups in the UK, we have created opportunities for students across the country to explore entrepreneurship from an early age.

Empowering the Next Generation

Financial literacy and entrepreneurship belong together, especially in a job market that is more competitive than ever. With AI reshaping industries, young people need more than book knowledge. They need resilience, initiative and real experience.

Our Enterprise Challenges encourage critical thinking, teamwork and confidence, all essential qualities for aspiration and social mobility.

The programme also shows what can happen when the business community in the Square Mile works hand in hand with the education sector.
